I always use FS 2004

Please, use only english in the forum.
I translated your post for our non-French user.
This indication, which was in fact just a reminder, was used by BA to remind pilots whether or not they could take off on 3 after burners instead of 4 in the event of an engine failure.
At AF, this indication appeared on the take-off card, as can be seen on the one generated by CPS-NG.

Je voulais savoir la signification du 4 avec un interrupteur sur la base inférieure gauche au dessus du CIVA du cockpit .
On le distingue sur BA mais pas sur AF.
